CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Your hotel reservation information is editable. However, certain fees in accordance with the hotel policies can be necessary.
For hotel reservations, if you contact us by phone or email to report stolen or missing vouchers, we’ll put them on a blacklist. If the initial voucher hasn’t been used, we’ll then issue a new one.
PAYMENT AND CHARGES
The hotel that is reserved will determine its cancellation rules and fees. In addition to the fees assessed by the hotel, daddyflights will impose a processing fee of the total transaction price for all cancellations.
Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted for online hotel reservations.
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards are accepted for offline hotel and travel reservations.
We also accept payments made with Visa Debit Cards from specific banks.
After proper notification, credit card payments will be reversed on the card. All other payments will receive a check refund that will be given within two working days of the cancellation. Before issuing refunds, any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted.
